CC430 above 3.6V

Hey, 

Had a question about the CC430 operation slightly above 3.6V. For our application we need a 3.6V rated battery because most coin cells have poor voltage response at low temperatures and over operational life. Granted, we could just use a low quiescent LDO with our 3.6V battery however, the cost of such LDO's would preferably be avoided especially in volume.  

Most 3.6V rated batteries have a open circuit voltage of about ~3.67V. The recommended CC430 operational voltage is 3.6V max. However, the "absolute max" is 4.1V. What consequences can we expect to see as a result of being slightly over the 3.6V recommended operation?
