I need a GRACE tutorial specifically dealing with the UART.

I also need the user experience code for the MSP430FR5739 Eval Board.

i found code for it but none of it works with the UART.

Most of what you''re looking for is in the MSP430Ware code that gets pulled into the Resource Explorer section of code composer.

If you open Resource Explorer -> MSP430Ware -> Development Tools -> MSP-EXP430FR5739 and import the User Experience Project, this is the User Experience Code for the EXP430FR5439 board.

Or on your hard drive it will be here: C:\TI\ccsv5\ccs_base\msp430\msp430ware_1_40_01_44\examples\boards\MSP-EXP430FR5739\MSP-EXP430FR5739 User Experience

For Grace tutorials I would start here - http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Grace_Quick_Start_Guide

and I would download the Grace Quick Start guide here: http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slau476/slau476.pdf

This should get you going with Grace and will get you to the point that you can set up a UART. The process is pretty straightforward.
