MSP430's with Timer_D and TEC Module

Hello All,

Is there a list of all of the MSP430's that have Timer_D - the high-resolution timer module plus the Timer Event Control module?

Is it just in the MSP430F51x1 and MSP43051x2 devices?

Any plans to have it in the FRAM devices?
