What is used for abs?

The IAR Workbench recognizes fabs ... but not abs -> absolute value for an integer. Suggestions?

IF (INT < 0) ABSINT = -INT; ELSE ABSINT = INT;

It appears the answer is "there is no abs for the MSP430", like there is for other computer languages ... and Excel.

msp430 is not computer language. And even using C language for msp430 you have abs() if you include stdlib.h
