There is a software like "MSP430 USB Firmware Upgrade Example-1.3.0" that works for MSP430F5659 ??

    Daniel,

    i believe the USB Firmware Upgrade Example shall work with all MSP430F5xx/6xx which has USB BSL. Maybe it is the problem of triggering the BSL itself that you are facing?

    Hi Leo,
    I believe that doesn't work because in the main window the "MSP430 USB  Firmware Upgrade" show the next sentence "This software is designed to download.... .... a firmware to be downloaded through the USB BSL to a 55xx device" . And because I use this software to download in a MSP430f5529 and it works, but in a MSP430f5659 doesnt work .
    When I try to download my "MSP430F5659_Prueba.txt" , the console shows :
    "Starting
    Password Sent Successfully
    Sending RAM BSL v00.06.05.34
    Done RAM BSL v00.06.05.34
    Failed to read data from RAM BSL
    Unsuccessful in starting the BSL. Restarting.
    Password Sent Successfully
    Sending RAM BSL v00.06.05.34
    Done RAM BSL v00.06.05.34
    Failed to read data from RAM BSL"

    I don't know what is the problem ....

    Same problem for me too it shows unknown command in usb firmware upgrade example 2.0 I am using MSP430f5510 MCU
