I want to transfer Weigh scale data to USB Pen drive : The data is 22 LED display, one RTC, one Serail RAM, 8 keys for 16 keypad and one ADS1230 : Any one can suggest suitable MCU

The MSP430F5xx would be great for this and some easy and cheap development kits are icing on the cake.

You mean USB flash drive, USB mass storage device? Unfortunately msp430 does not have _host_ USB controller needed for that. Either you shall change your storage plans to, for example, SDcard or you need Tiva microcontroller.
