Best replacement for ADUC7023

Hi,

I'm currently trying to identify what other MCU best to use besides existing ADUC7023. Package size has to be smaller if not comparable. I'm using the 4 channel of ADC and 2 channel of DAC, both need to be 12-bit.

    What sample rate do you need? What about computing power? - msp430 have slower ADC's/DAC's, also CPU power is not that great comparing to ARM7TDMI of ADUC7023.
