I am having troubles setting a AP and ED in simpliciTI protocol ported to MSP-EXP430F5438 modules.
I worked before with EZ430-RF2500 without any problem. So I got two MSP_EXP430F5438 and CC2500EM modules for recreate SimpliciTI aplication examples. I downloaded the User_Experience_Demo_CCE in the MSP-EXP430F54538 modules and they work fine.
Unfortunately, I can't make those to link using SimpliciTI .
I am using the SimpliciTI-CCS -1.1.0-F543x ported files for linking two modules MSP-EXP430F5438 (Ver 0 03) and CC2500EMK (ver 1.0) (for AP and ED).
I set the CCS4 compiler for MRFI_CC2500 and __MSP430F5438__ ICs , and I compiled and downloaded the application AP_as_Data_Hub successfully, but they won't link .
Debugging it I find up that AP (receiver) is reading DBM = -110 (dbm) as RSSI register value all the time.
The join and Link token match and the AP and ED modules have different addresses. I measured voltage of 3.3 V feeding the radio module CC2500EM. All seems to me fine.
I read most of the issues related posted in the forums here , but I couldn't get any idea what might be happening.
I wonder If somebody had any experience like that and how it was fixed.
