  How to link the CC113L and CC115L,is there any program required? Is there any launchpad requirement.

    Yes. You need some microcontroller first and of course program in it.

    Launchpad is not required - if you have development kid or your PCB with microcontroller and transmitter or receiver chip on it.

    Try to consider this as an starter.

    At least one msp430 (G2553) launchpad required.

    CC110L is both - CC113L and CC115L in single package. When you know how to communicate using two CC110L, you will know how to handle C113L and C115L
