There is a 470nF cap between gnd and Vcore ,if pin is open ,nothing connected or put wrong cap ,or change value while power is on , does microcontroller is damaged ?

Most probably microcontroller is not damaged, but you better put right cap in place and test.

The VCORE cap is the charging capacitor for the core voltage regulator. If you remove it or change it while the device is under power, this will certainly make the core regulator running wild. Perhaps pushing massive overvoltage peaks into the CPU core.
