I am beginner to the MSP430 micro_controller and i am using code composer studio V5.5..... I want to debug my program step by step....but i can't able to find the proper documents or details about the debugging method...need help in debugging....

    Why don't you take a look at the code composer studio users's guide?

    The version for CCS4.2 which I have (slau157p.pdf) has a chapter 2.2. "using the integrated debugger" (chapter 2: development flow). i guess, the version for your CCS version has the same.
