What is the exact difference between wdt and wdt+.

which devices have wdt and which have wdt+.

    The data-sheet of each device will tell you what kind of watchdog time that device has. The user's guide will tell you the details of WDT or WDT+.

    The two are implemented in different families of the MSP430 processor series. (and therefore are described in different users guides, which makes comparison both, more difficult and more easy, as you can open the two documents side-by-side then)

    While the WDT contains a 15 bit counter, the WDT+ has a 32 bit counter with selectable trigger tap, allowing a wider range of timeout spans . It also has more options for selecting its clock source.
