I wish to inquire if TI is planning to add the ZigBee stack to the Chronus anytime in the near future. I know there are two chip solutions provided but that form factor does not suit a watch application

While I don't speak specifically for the product group responsible for the implementation of the Z-Stack ZigBee stack solution, there are a few constraints regarding the Chronos platform which make the port infeasible.
1) The ZigBee stack (Z-Stack) will not fit in the available flash and ram resources found on the CC430 device on the Chronos watch.
2) The Z-Stack software solution supports 2.4GHz only. Chronos is a sub-1GHz radio solution.
3) The radio subsystem of the CC430 is not IEEE 802.15.4 compliant, which is needed by ZigBee.
From a form factor standpoint, you might want to consider the CC2538 as a potential option. You will need to decide if it meets your other design/application goals.
BlueTooth LE (Low Energy) is much more appealing for watch. You can consider this:
As Brandon said, Zigbee is operation at 2.4GHz, but EZ430 is operation at UHF frequency (433MHZ, 860MHz or 915MHz), so your should give up your desire on this matter. Choose a suitable chip for your request, your wish will come true within a couple days.
