Using Spy Bi Wire connection for programming

SPY Programming devices

1.  eZ430-RF2500 USB  (6 pin) - Issued with the ez RF2500 dev kit
2.  ez430 USB (4 pin)  - Issued with the ez430-F2013 dev kit

I am trying to use the Spy Bi Wire (2 Wire JTAG) for development of a new board utilizing the MSP430F4132 and have had no success. I have looked at the various available reference schematics of the ez430 series to make sure I am not missing anything major. 

Please advice.
