program code to msp430f5xx via BSLscripter.exe

Hello,

I am going to use msp430f5xx to be a MCU, but I want to download code into the MCU via BSLscripter.exe.

Could you tell me it is executable? If so, How can create patch file? patch file, which is a text file, is coded by some commands instead of run BSLscripter.exe on CMD and type commands.
