thanks for the reply but could you please confirm that are these codes having any specific hardware or software requirements with regards to programming and burning. I have IAR workbench and Lite-FET-pro 430 UIF programmer.

You can build (IAR software) and flash (by SBW, JTAG or BSL hardware) all examples. In the commented part at the beginning of source code is explanation about example and if some extra hardware is needed.
