MP430 BSL pins

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430F2370

Hi,

My connection is below:

MSP430G2 launchpad                     Target board connections (MSP430F2370)

Vcc                                        Vcc

GND                                    Gnd

P1.6                                     P1.1 BSL Tx

P1.7                                     P2.2 BSL Rx

P1.4                                     RST

P1.0                                     TCK

The above connections are done, able to invoke BSL and load the .txt file from the script.

As per the requirement should be able to load the firmware over the actual UART pins i.e P3.4(UCA0TXD) and P3.5(UCA0RXD) instead of BSL Tx and Rx, as P3.4 and P3.5 is connected to PC for firmware upgrade over RS232. So how to make it working?? or it should be done always over BSL Tx and Rx??

Thanks.

Best Regards,

Santosh.
