I accidently erased the segA calibration data, anyway to recover it?

For example, DCO constants can be recovered by msp430x22x4_dco_flashcal.c from slac123 (MSP430F22x2 22x4 Code Examples).

Thanks for the info, I did run this example, and it worked. Now I got DCO cal data back. But I noticed that

the ADC12 on Address 0x10DA still all 0xFFFFs. anyway to recover it too?

Yes. You shall calibrate ADC same way as factory do. Thou I am not aware of factory calibration routine source code availability. Perhaps you shall create it yourself.
