MSP430F53xx 64-Pin FET tool and target board combination user guide

the development kit schematic can be found in the Hardware Tools Users Guide:

Could not find details of MSP-FET430U64B in that doc.

It looks like the specific board for the MSP-FET430U64B "bundle" is the MSP-TS430RGC64B - schematic is in section B.19

Hopefully, that helps.

The zip file has the schematic, but no mechanical details.

I suppose I should buy one module and figure out the preliminary mechanical details from the GA drawing in B19 and do the final mechanical when I receive the item.

Looking for a board smaller than TS430RGC64B for this processor. Is there a board with tiny debug connector, tiny I/O connectors, chip and very little else?
