recommendation to avoid noise. msp430 interfaced with sensors

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP430G2553

Hi All,

I am working on a project using MSP430G2553 ,in which i had directly interfaced sensor with MCU & used one timer pin as interrrupt ,currently product is working fine ,but kindly let me know your recommendation to avoid noise.

  • No high freq traces on pcb, keep clk traces below 250KHz, put ground on both sides of a clk trace.
Keep analog ground separate and let it meet the regular ground at the power source point.

Don't daisy-chain power and ground traces, try for a tree branch pattern where the trunk is the power source.
