I am very new to TI's controller. I had used TI's peripherals till now but wanted to start TI's controller to start to use. I have MSP430F5151 controller. So how how could i start. I don't have development board. So i think i can build Dev. board for my self using mention controller. 

Give me schematic.

    You can buy MSP430F5529 Launchpad (about $10 with FedEx shipping included in price) for debugging / flashing. If you don't need debugging, you can build by yourself BSL flasher (PC UART > 0/3.3V level translator) and use open source TI BSL tool (slau319 MSP430 Programming Via the Bootstrap Loader).
