EVM430F-6779 Kit

After several tries I can’t program the EVM430F6779 Kit.
I’m using the IAR6.10 and the Olimex Tiny-V2.
 
The result is always:
Communication error. Please connect the device and press retry to creconnect or press Cancel to abort
 the log:
