I can't start a communication with the bootstrap loader in CC430F5137

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC430F5137

I try to start a communication with the bootstrap loader in CC430F5137 chip. I manage  TEST and RST pins manually. As I read in SLAU319i after power-up my default state of this pin is TEST=0, RST=0. Then I set TEST=1, set TEST=0, set TEST=1 again, set RST=1 and finally set TEST=0. As I guessed after this procedures I should enter into the bootstrap loader. I try to communicate with one by sending 0x80 through UART with 9600 baud rate (Synchronization character ). I expected an answer from BSL that should be looks like 0x90 (Acknowledge), but I don't get any answer from it. I send the character into P1.5 port (pin number 6).

If I try to see the BSL through debugger in adresses 0x1000 to 0x17FF I just see that this area has filled by 0x3F characters.

What the problem?
