MSP430 with opamps in DIP package

Hi,

I recently started using the MSP430 Launchpad and I want to know if there were any MSP430s with internal opamps but in a DIP package that could be programmed using the emulator on the launchpad.

I basically want to implement the heart rate part mentioned in http://www.ti.com/lit/an/slaa280a/slaa280a.pdf but without the LCD and lower power consumption. I also wanted to know what other simpler/smaller uC's might be suitable for this application besides the MSP430FG439.
