Anyone please suggest which IC (give the IC no) of Texas Instruments(TI) can be used for Energy metering & measurement purpose (measure voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor). I need it urgently.Thank you.

There are LOTS of them, even if you just look at the MSP430 microcontroller series. Including the MSP430AFE2xx devices, some of the 4x family and also the 5x&6x family.
You’re probably looking for devices with multiple separate SD16 or SD24 ADCs (not with one ADC with multiple inputs). With (4x and 6x family) or without (2x and 5x family) LCD controller.
And I’m sure there are lots of other ICs, microcontrollers or not, besides the MSP430 family.
If you more detailed tell your project parameters (single, or three phase, required precision etc.) maybe this huge list can be narrowed down. Maybe.
