Motor Control Configuration Help

Hi all,

I am building a crawler robotic system. I want to use TI microcontrollers and drivers for motor control. There will be 1 12V brushed DC motor per wheel, 6 wheels (3 wheels per side). I have been researching on your MSP430 and DRV8301 but I do not know how to configure them. Is it possible to use one MSP430 to connect to two drivers, then connect the two drivers to the 3 motors on each side?

So, in essence, can I control 6 12V DC motors with one MSP430 and two DVR8301? If not, can you point me in the right direction. I am not an electrical engineer, so I am not as experienced in this field.
