is there any TI WiFi (IEEE 802.11 b/g/n) module available to compatible for EXP-MSP430F5438A microcontroller board..?

If you can't find it on TI website, then most probably TI does not manufacture such. On the other hand - why do you need such? Simply wire http://www.ti.com/tool/cc3200-launchxl to your EXP-MSP430F5438A.

Actually we ported open source Operating system on MSP430F5438A board(as per requirements ), we would like to use same boards for Wifi .

Sure you can use same boards for WiFi. Just connect WiFi module using flex cable.
