Interfacing MSP430 with CC2520 transreceiver

Hello, we are trying to interface CC2520 with MSP430 and we facing issue in programming the chip as the command which wee are trying is not working. Kindly guide us in interfacing.

Please provide some more info of your hardware environment and also please specify the problems you are facing a little more in detail. Which "command" are you trying?

we are using MSP430f5437A and Encoder SN74HC148 and Transreceiver CC2520RHDT and trying to incode data through encoder and further transmitting it through transreceiver but facing issue in Programming like commands as PULLUp, push, etc.,
