I need Example code for launching mcp4921, please,,

To get this running you should have a look at the code-examples for the MSP430F2619, especially how to use the SPI - this is very easy. Furthermore have a look at the datasheet of the DAC and figure out which commands the DAC expects to set it's output. And maybe some configuration after startup. It is just sending some bytes to it. Try it on your own first and come back if something is not working properly.

Why don't you use MSP430F5xx or MSP430F6xx with on-chip 12-bit ADC DAC?

Yes, I meant 12-bit DAC.
Also, MSP430F2xx are not as cost effective as compared with F5xx or F6xx.

Unfortunately there is no "the code". Todd's suggestion is a good one. Anyway - it is just SPI. Simplest thing. And as already mentioned: Start doing something yourself and come back when help is needed.

Why not going with a TI DAC, MC is our archenemy and you are more likely to get TI employer support if all your ICs are from TI.

And ended asking for "sample code". It seems to me either you set the wrong goal or you took the wrong way to achieve that goal.  

...and suddenly sample code for another processor, too.

Is the F2619 cleared for medical appliances at all?
Besides this, a medical device designed by someone who fails to build a simple SPI connection without sample code...
Everyone was a beginner at some time. Everyone needed a pointer of some sort to start. But few of them started with a medical device project.
