Need LCD pin mapping example for CC430F6137

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CC430F6137

Anyone out there who knows where I can find a table that lists the LCD segment matrix for TI's SoC, the CC430F6137 ?

I have done several  LED 4-digit, 7-segment displays and wondered how to configure the LCD based on the S0 - S23 LCD segments from the CC430F6137.

I am using 4 placement locations (digits or characters).

Deep Thanks in advance.

Respectfully,

  • The segments are just that: individual segments. If you set the associated bit in memory, the segment gets activated. What this segment means depends on the LCD you connected. It might be part of a 7-segment digit, an independent symbol, whatever.
It depends on your hardware and how you wire your LCD to the segment pins. Anything is possible, nothing is default.
