We're interested in working with the MSP430FR5969 and also an LCD with touch that may be driven via a 4-wire EHA interface.  Scouring the forums, etc, I can't yet determine if the MSP430 would support this interface.. especially through an existing driver library.

My understanding (please correct this) is that the EHA would replace the 16 bit parallel interface... a preference as we need the I/O for other purposes.

Anyone have a good lead on these questions?

     Standard graphic library common to all TI processor support many feature and different LCD size, parallel or serial depend if speed/few pin are of great importance. Speed is'nt of great concern if small sized LCD but become important if lcd grow in size and color number.

     So which display you plan use? TFT or simplest one? Size in pixel and glass too required.
