I have an MSP430 with a USB PHY currently configured for high-speed operation. If I change the speed strapping resistor to identify the MSP430 as a low-speed device the controller will attempt to talk to the MSP430 at low-speed. Do the MSP430 microcontrollers with a high-speed PHY also support low-speed?
