MSP432 Free Launchpad Sample

Hi,

I have a cheeky request, from a poor student!

Currently studying and I also write a technical blog when I have the time, I cover the MSP430, Stellaris and C2000 products.

Is it possible to get a free MSP432 Launchpad which I can then write a series of tutorials for?

    You did not mention where we can read your blog. Please note that this is E2E - Engineer To Engineer forum. Basically you are asking other engineers to donate you 13$. Did you consider gofundme or kickstarter?

    [edit] In case URL you mention is your blog indeed then neat. In your case I would write review of msp432, and include "Paypal donation button".

     Hi Ilmars, good point to add PAYPAL donate, but I fear it has no PAYPAL nor credit card, anyway try a way to collect credit you can use and about your blog I see a teaching section is present also for C is here missing, a good job so I try redirect some from forum.

     Maybe some TI can appreciate and try donate you, but I see you are mentioning other processor and I fear this is not tasted to TI commercial staff.

    The Launchpad's are already heavily subsidized by TI as to be affordable for everyone.
    And we have to be careful to not set a precedence where everyone now expect if for free.

    But you put effort in to your blog, so do a paypal button and I throw in $5.
    TI store takes paypal so does also Mouser 
    so when you reached $12.99 + $4.99shipping

     Good Tony, just if not reenabled TIEstore is no more accepting paypal at january, also shipment cost is more than MOuser and Digikey and also I experienced a worst surprise of pay 5Eur custom plus 10Eur as sipment fee from FEdex, I hope you are in a more better country but forever is best use DigiKey (check your country policy of billing) or Mouser it is doing all at shipment frreing you of these bad additional cost.

     Anyway Yes donate to paypal is a good idea and we can use support blog, I browsed it, Luis site is much more better for teaching support, you have to improve it to be usable and support question and answers too.. take care to spam and illegal seller try use everything they find, use a different email from contact and paypal.
