how to find an easier way out

I am using MSP430f5529 LP with ADS1292 and plan to use the EVM software with minor modifications. I would need to change the portat which various pin get connected to.once I physically change the connection i would have to change the port numbers as well. 

Is there a way that the happens at all the places through the soft ware. Doing it manually means I may land up skipping some o=f them Could you suggest me a way out.

    Hello Viney,

    There is no "easy way out" of altering pin connections/orientations inside of the software other than doing it manually, I suggest you become familiar with the search tool and use it to find all instances where pins are initialized. Other options include wiring the Launchpad to the ADS1292 exactly like the EVM recommends (may not be possible depending on which pins the EVM requires vs. the pins available on the Launchpad) or purchasing a ADS1292ECG-FE board to save yourself the hassle:
