MSP432 XDS110 USB debug driver - CCS fails to install WinUSB.sys (does not come standard with Windows XP)

After doing a lot of digging on the TI forum and on the net trying to figure out why I was receiving the error "A service installation section in this INF is invalid" on my Windows XP SP3 machine. After reading through the "xds110_debug.inf" file, it was calling for WinUSB.sys which was not in the system32/drivers directory. According to Microsoft "Because Windows XP doesn't provide WinUSB.inf, the file must either be copied to Windows XP systems by the co-installer, or you should provide a separate decorated section for Windows XP."

It is possible that something went wrong on the CCS install (downloaded and installed CCS 6.1.0 yesterday)

The tricky problem is that it is hard to find "WinUSB.inf" from a reputable site. Microsoft does have it as part of a Windows Driver Kit for development... I am downloading it now and I will post a response if I get it to work.
