MSP430 GCC does not support Large Memory Model

Compiler version 4.9.1 does support large model with the option -mlarge.  See the section titled MSP430 Options in the GCC 4.9.2 PDF manual.

But, when TI create all the examples in GCC version ( e.g #M1_FileSystemEmulator) in MSPWare and USB Developer Package ?

We usually ship code examples with one format/setting. Since we also ship the source code, the user is free to change any project setting to suit his requirement. If you run into any issue with any specific compiler setting please let us know we can request our compiler team to look into it.
