Which is the lowest cost MSP430 device with 14 bit adc?

The MSP432P401R has a 14 bit ADC. But this resolution is quite uncommon. The MSPs normally have 10, 12, 16 or 24 bits of resolution. The MSP430F2003 has a 16 bit S/D ADC and costs 0.99 $ @ 1000 pcs.

Depending on your application you can use a lower resolution ADC and use ‘Oversampling’ to get a 14-bit value.
