how to use Timer_D to implement complementary PWM with dead time control

i am trying to use Timer_D to implement complementary PWM with dead time control in up/down mode,but it can not perform functionaly,so i referred to Earratsheet of F5132,and here is the answer:

so what can i do realize high_resolution complementary PWM with dead time control using Timer_D???

Kissn,
The errata TD2 is confirmed and there are no current plans of fixing the logic. Timer D cannot be used in up/down mode when in hi-res because the duty cycle will be off.
