I'm trying to connect Parrot 1.1 (Plastic Logic) board , Chip :- MSP430F5438A . When i'm going to run Blink Example below mention error occurs. I already installed the device drivers.

Hello,

Usually this is the type of error that occurs when a USB Flash Emulation Tool is not connected to the computer. I have never worked with a Parrot 1.1 board before but I see that it has a JTAG header which looks like the only access point for programming the MSP430F5438A, do you have a MSP-FET with which to program the device?

Hi Ryan,

I didn't receive a MSP-FET with the device. Do you know how to program the device if i have a MSP-FET ?

You need some form of FET tool to program your board. Your link resulted in a 404 error.

The link only reaffirms what I've stated, you need a JTAG programmer like the MSP-FET to program your device.
