Is MSP430F2272IYFFR able to re-programmed after the device was secured before?

What do you mean by "secured"? A burned JTAG fuse?

I'm using universal programmer for programming and customer would like to secure the devices after programming.
It's mean blow the JTAG fuse after programming.

The datasheet says the following:

A programmable security fuse sounds like reversible. But I have never used any fuse. zrno soli may help with that?

The devices are secured previously and now i want to re-program with new programming file now.
The universal programmer is not allow me to re-program the devices. Please help!

Your MCU has also UART BSL maybe this helps you, see the “MSP430 Programming Via the Bootstrap Loader User’s Guide” SLAU319.

Thanks. I do review from there and just ask would it possible to use Bootstrap Loader for re-program the part where previously programmed as secure with JTAG fuses burnt eventually? If yes, do any TI programming kit (enhance with Bootstrap Loader programming feature) for the part number stated recommended to us to resolve re-programming issue?

Above is for MSP430F5342 package BSL programming and how about YFF (BGA49) package?

It was more about BSL programming in general. It isn't much different to your one. The pins are different, of course.

Sorry. Actually my question is there any TI Programming kit model (BSL mode) could recommended for us to help re-program the secured unit?
