msp432p401r launchpad schematic and layout

Hi Im developing with the msp432p401r launchpad and downloaded the schematic (altium) and layout (allegro) from your site SLAR103B.ZIP. The schematic is blank when opened with Altium 15 and the layout says it is not recognized when importing with altium 15. All I need is a starting point so I don't have to reinvent the wheel. Looking for connector placement, hole placement and board size so I can develop a shield. And the schematic would be nice so I don't recreate and possibly make mistake on connector pins. Is there another location of these files?

Aren't the files made with EAGLE? I'm not entirely sure because I cannot open them as well, but this could be caused by my older EAGLE version.

Agreed, the header of the .sch and .brd files indicate they were created with Eagle 6.5.0.

I was able to open the files with Eagle 6.6.0

Your correct, I downloaded the eagle importer into altium and it worked. Thanks for your help.
