msp430 library for mentor pads

Hi,

I want to learn how to add msp430 as a part  into the library of mentor graphics pads professional VX 1.1. thanks for any help in advance.

    I don't think TI has ready to use libraries with footprints for this. You will have to make them on your own. In the past, there was an EAGLE library which contained a lot of parts, but it looks like if TI has discontinued to add new components to the library, although I'm not entirely sure about this. But since the packages did not change, you could easily make your own new devices based on the already existing ones. And creating a complete new package and symbol isn't that difficult as well. But this is for EAGLE. I have no idea about Mentor Graphics PADS.
