0.9V operating microcontroller high pincount

Hello

I need a Microcontroller that can operate down to 0.9V supply voltage, but to have 20 channel ADC a current reference and at least 25 other Digital I/O or 20 segment LCD driver with 5-6 I/O. Do you have such a microcontroller?

I found only low pin count.

I am considering to use two of them in a project, but this increases the pricing too much.
Project is measuring a Capacitive array for displacement of details.
