Hi All,

i am able to read/transmit AC IR data of any key but after learning any key (e.g - Temp+), temp is not increasing if i am pressing this key again.

please provide a solution to solve this issue.

are you referring to any example code coming with the hardware or is it your own code?

i am referring a example code "IR_Learning_Mode" that i downloaded from
software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

Hi Venkatesh,

What do you mean by "AC IR"? Does "AC" mean air conditioner?

For most air conditioner, the IR code is different every time even you press the same key.

If you want to use that example code, you need to make sure only one IR code for each key.

Hi All,

Thanks Darren, for such a useful information about "AIR CONDITIONER" remote.

But how to achieve "AIR CONDITIONER" remote functionality as like original remote, means i want to transmit multiple temperature values from single key.

Hi Venkatesh,

You need to receive every key's IR code and then analyze the IR protocol.
What needs to learn is not only IR code but also IR protocol.

I do not know any reference material. For the provided demo code "IR_Learning_Mode", you can try it with TV.
