FAQ 9 in Code Composer StudioTM 6.1 for MSP432 SLAU575B says to "Check the debugger settings- change to Serial Wire Debug (SWD) without SWO.".
However, in CCS 6.1.1.00022 with MSP432 Emulators 6.1.1.3 the available XDS110 modes no longer match those shown in SLAU575B.
SLAU575B shows under the XDS110 Target Connection Properties a "SWD Mode Settings" field with the options of "Use 1149.1 JTAG, SWD Mode is disabled", "Use SWD Mode with SWO Trace disabled" or "Use SWD Mode with SWO Trace enabled".
Whereas with CCS 6.1.1.00022 with MSP432 Emulators 6.1.1.3 there is now a "JTAG / SWD / cJTAG Mode" field with different options:
Is the new "SWD Mode - Aux COM port is target UART port" option the equivalent of the "Serial Wire Debug (SWD) without SWO" option in SLAU575B?
This isn't causing a problem at the moment, but just suggesting SLAU575 should be clarified to match the latest XDS110 Target Connection Properties.
