What version of CCS do you have? Please check for updates and install any new ones.

And you cannot see the MSP432_Factory_Reset script while inside of a debugger session initialized with the steps explained in Section 7, Figures 25 through 34? Attached is the GEL file, the following Wiki page will show you how to install it:
