Sampling of audio data using MSP430F5529 USB Experimenter Board's in build ADC

We are trying to access the in build ADC of  MSP-430F5529 experimenter's board to take in real time audio signal and sample it, store it in sd-card and then playback using DAC.

Not able to code the ADC. Cannot figure out a way to take input from the pins.
