MSP flasher - Flashing a word to a specific memory address

Good day,

I was hoping to use the MSP flasher tool to program a word to a specific flash address during production using the command line.  Typical scenario is to program an application serial number in SegmentC & D.  I don't see this as a standard command line option.

Any advice if this tool can actually do the trick?  (Maybe using a special JTAG command?)  If not, any other tool anyone can suggest?
