I have a MSP430G2121 and I don't understand if it has internal Low Clock.
I want to have MCLK and SMCLK ~= 0.1 MHz and ACLK ~= 10kHz with no additional components like quartz.
Is this possible ? How ?

To use the VLO as ACLK, you have to set:
BCSCTL3 |= LFXT1S_2; // ACLK = VLO
As Clemens already mentioned you should have a short look in the code examples, especially:
