Code Composer "No USB FET was found"

I'm trying to program an MSP-EXP430F5529LP board with CCS but am getting the "No USB FET was found" error when I go to debug. I'm able to connect fine to the other boards I'm working with but not this one in particular.

    Hi Ross!

    As you can see there is a USB device in your device manager that shows an exclamation mark. Is your CCS up to date to provie the latest drivers? Can you try the board on another PC? What about the COM ports? Is the Application UART available?
